Warranty and shipping

Warranty

We offer a five-year warranty on the frameset. All defective parts are covered by a one-year warranty (installation excluded). Parts that show signs of normal wear-and-tear and abusive use are not covered by the warranty. We will send you free of charge the required replacement part or you can bring your trike and the replacement part to your local bike shop for repair, at your own cost.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in North America! A $250 flat fee* for delivery in Canada and $450 everywhere mainland USA (except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.). There may be certain exceptions for territories and States. We ship only with trusted carriers and we make sure they take an appointment with you 24 hours before delivery.  A tracking number will be provided so you can follow the progress of your shipment. 

Our electric tricycles come fully assembled with only little work to do once it has arrived. Here are some pictures of the box that will be dropped right to your doorstep by our trusted carrier.
