Province of Québec
In Québec, the Programme d’attribution des tricycles et vélos adaptés by the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) allocates adapted bicycles and tricycles to disabled kids. You’ll find more information on IRDLM and IRDPQ websites, the two organizations mandated by the MSSS to manage this program.
