In addition, Trivel will never contact you to request information about your credit card number or bank account. This type of information is sent to Trivel only after you complete a transaction or make changes to your online account. If you should receive a suspicious email containing a link to update your account information, we strongly advise that you do not click on this link. Instead, access your account directly from the www.trivel.com website. If a stranger contacts you, sends you an unsolicited email, or asks you to confirm or disclose your password or your personal/banking information, ignore the request and contact us immediately.
