F.A.Q.

Finding and buying and adapted tricycle is not always a quick and simple decision. Every parent wants what’s best for their children and this piece of equipment, if well chosen, can be a life changer. You’ll find below our most frequently asked questions, which can help you see more clearly.

Yes! There are many foundations and organizations that help disabled kids’ families. Some provide general support and others are focused on filling the funding gaps for purchasing medical equipment, such as adaptive tricycles.
Whether you live in Quebec, Ontario, or elsewhere in Canada or in the United States, there are organizations that will gladly consider your application. For more details, see our Funding page.

We design and manufacture our tricycle especially for children, who will grow of course, and who have physical or mental limitations that require a high level of customization. With this in mind, we create adjustable, removable and customizable options that allow our tricycle to last a child between 3 and 4 years.

We have recently launched our longest-lasting trikes on the market, the T250 and T350. The T250 will adapt to a child from 4 to 10 years old. After that, the T350 comes in and will last a 10-year-old until adulthood. These two tricycles combined will last a lifetime! So, instead of buying an average of 4 or 5 tricycles during the course of a child’s growth into adulthood, parents only need to buy two.

Yes! Most of our tricycles have an optimal size, and have an ideal width, which means they can fit through any regular door frame. Our designs are far from the bulky and heavy tricycles we came to know. Rather, they are cool-looking and lean, and they can even be disassembled to fit in the trunk of your car!

Sure! We have a few options to give your child the chance of riding without too much effort. First, most of our special needs tricycles can be towed with the help of an optional tow bar, that you can easily install behind a regular bike. This comes in pretty handy when you want to take a family ride; your child can participate and contribute as much he can without getting too tired!

Second, if you or a therapist need to move the trike indoors of for a short distance, we can install a rear steering bar behind the trike. This allows you to push and steer discreetly and easily the trike while your child pedals at his own pace and effort.

No! We have tons of options to upgrade any tricycle. Instead of buying a new trike, all you have to do is let us know what kind of pedaling system you system needs, and we’ll install it! We can help you determine what pedaling system is best if you think he needs a different kind. This is why our products are the longest-lasting trikes on the market!
